Background

The customer found that the temperature of one server remained high, occupying a large amount of system memory. Multiple servers had the same symptoms in a short period of time, which seriously reduced office efficiency. Massive personal data and order data are stored in the customer's intranet database, and such data is core secrets of the enterprise. The customer suspected that the system was infected with a virus and therefore sought help from Topsec.

After receiving the customer's report, the Topsec emergency response center learned about the situation remotely, preliminarily determined that the system might be infected with a miner virus, and quickly instructed the customer to disconnect the infected servers from the network.
