Before providing the safeguarding service, Topsec carried out Internet exposure detection for the customer's system based on the customer's characteristics, such as centralized resources, large user base, and diversified business types, and developed an efficient emergency plan under the actual attack and defense scenario. In addition, Topsec conducted drills for the scenarios specified in the emergency plan to improve the organization and coordination abilities of the customer. After identifying and handling risks, Topsec assisted the customer in organizing attack and defense confrontation drills to verify the effectiveness of the existing safeguarding measures, and optimize the measures accordingly. During the safeguarding period of a major event, Topsec provided the 24x7 security attendance service, threat intelligence and security incident reporting service, and log analysis service. In addition, Topsec provided network safeguarding and emergency response services for all business systems at multiple sites of the customer. After the safeguarding service is completed, Topsec reviewed and reproduced the security issues handled in the safeguarding process together with the customer, provided rectification suggestions, and helped the customer continuously improve its security protection capabilities.
