Background

To further establish and improve the cybersecurity emergency mechanism in XX city, and enhance the cybersecurity awareness and emergency response capabilities of cybersecurity incidents in departments at all levels of the city, the Cyberspace Administration, Public Security Bureau (PSB), and Health Commission of XX city jointly organize and implement cybersecurity emergency drills based on the relevant provisions of the national, provincial and municipal "Emergency Response Plans for Cybersecurity Incidents".

Solution architecture

Based on the actual requirements of the customer, Topsec has worked out the following solution:

Topsec follows up and designs the whole process of the emergency drill, including assisting the organizer to formulate emergency plans, designing the drill process, drill scenarios and interpretation scripts, and cooperating with the co-organizers to demonstrate the entire occurrence and handling process of cybersecurity incidents on site.

The cybersecurity emergency drill is carried out by simulating the following incidents: website tampering of XX City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, intranet intrusion to the XX City People's Hospital, and large-scale virus outbreak of XX City Center for Disease Control.

It helps departments at all levels in XX city test the effectiveness of emergency plans, completeness of emergency preparedness, adaptability of emergency response capabilities, and coordination of emergency personnel through emergency drills, and implement and improve emergency plans.

This emergency drill strengthens the construction of emergency rescue teams, and improves the emergency risk identification, analysis and control capabilities of departments at all levels in XX city, thus ensuring rapid response, timely reporting, effective measures, and accurate operations when incidents occur, and reducing the loss that may be caused by incidents.
